Printing a Location List

1. When you first enter the Location option a Select A Location window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print. If you have specified addresses and contact information, these will also be printed.

• ID – The location ID
• Name/Address – The location name and address
• Saleable – Indicates whether inventory in this location is usable in sales orders: Y=yes, N=no.
• Slotted – Indicates whether the location has slotting capabilities: Y=yes, N=no.
• Ship Unspec – Indicates whether orders can be shipped and invoiced even though the inventory lots have not been specified: Y=yes, N=no.
• Sales Tag – Indicates whether sales reps can commit or tag lots in sales orders: Y=yes, N=no.
• Auto Tag – Indicates whether lots are automatically tagged in sales orders when the order is taken? Y=yes, N=no.
• Auto Ind Lot – Indicates whether lot numbers are automatically assigned to individual lot receiving: Y=yes, N=no.
• Auto PT Lot – Indicates whether lot numbers are automatically assigned in Planned Transfers: Y=yes, N=no.
